Requirement: 

Frequency Range from DC to 60GHz in only one instrument. To obtain static field measurements, spectrum analysis in low frequency (WP400 probe) and broadband measurement until 3/6/8/18/40 GHz (WPF3/6/8/18/40 probe). Eliminating the need for at least 3 separate instruments. 

Requirement:

All limits in your hand. All limits integrated by Firmware: no need to change probe in case of limit update, just update the Firmware. With Wavecontrol’s competitors you may need to purchase one unit for each limit.

Auto-increase function. This function allows the instrument to correctly measure non-repetitive high pulses, i.e., pulses with a high level and separated in time. Those type of pulses are difficult to measure; without this function the pulse measured level is usually much lower than the actual level. A typical example is the pulses produced by welding equipment.

Max Fast RMS for Radar Measurements. The high frequency field probes (WPF18 and over) have a special feature called Max Fast RMS. This unique feature allows an integration time of just 4 milliseconds. The Max fast RMS is very useful for determining the radiated power of a rotating radar.
